“I will do anything to make her MINE.” —Remington Tate
In the international bestseller REAL, the unstoppable bad boy of the Underground fighting circuit finally met his match. Hired to keep him in prime condition, Brooke Dumas unleashed a primal desire in Remington “Remy” Tate as vital as the air he breathes . . . and now he can’t live without her.
Brooke never imagined she would end up with the man who is every woman’s dream, but not all dreams end happily ever after, and just when they need each other the most, Brooke is torn away from the ringside. Now with distance and darkness between them, the only thing left is to fight for the love of the man she calls MINE.
My Review
If you think I went Ape over "Real"...You haven't seen anything yet!!
*Crosses heart*
Words cannot even begin to express the love and emotion I felt on these pages.
Remy and Brooke.
The special connection they share and the love that surrounds them...it's admiring.
I savored and felt every single dip and shift in this roller coaster ride.
It kept my pulse racing!!!
With steam and excitement.
There are so many surprises and twist and turns.
I found myself being stunned.
Then smiling.
Then crying, and
Sighing...and
Wanting to take my own actions, and
Start punching people in the face, or
Hugging them with love, and
Sometimes (because of) hurt.
How Katy made my heart expand and feel so full and whole, but broken at the same time just amazes me...
And I want to mention the pure, raw meaning behind these simple 3 words.
"Look at You"
It kills me.
Just kills me.
So much meaning is packed behind these words.
It had my heart fluttering and literally feeling like it was being yanked from my chest.
Especially at one point in particular.
I could.not.hold.it.together...
and I was there.
In that moment.
With them.
I DEVOURED this book...5 Stars...Simple as That!

Yeah for the sequal! I can't wait to read it. The first book was really good. I love a story that isn't always predictable. I just finished "A Thousand Years of Johnny Von" by author Edith M. Cortese. http://www.trumpetboypress.com/ This book did not disappoint! The novel is easy to read, it has depth in the content, but a light page turning quality to the work. This is a book I will read over and over again!
